Refusing to send a sold item I listed.
I chose not to follow through with shipping a sold item because the shipping nearly exceeded the selling price of the item. What must happen for the purchaser the buyer to get their money back. Since I am not going to send this old item

·3 years agoYou'll have to cancel the order as out of stock and refund the buyer.
You'll receive a defect which is not good for a new seller.

Mentor3 years agoClick on Cancel in the drop down menu next to the item, which will also refund. Note you will get a strike on your account and may still have to pay Final Value Fees, plus have an unhappy buyer.
