Please help me out with some useful info as I am fairly new to buying from eBay in USA and having this issue is a first for me. I recently had to refuse a parcel I ordered off Ebay that shipped from the states I already paid one hundred dollars for shipping just to receive another 107 dollar bill for crossing into Canada (where I live) so once I told them I refuse and no longer want the item what will happen now..
