Refuses refund
Purchased carburetor. Twenty min later found it would not fit my engine. Tried immediately to cancel order. Their reply was could not cancel already shipped. When it came didn’t open package shipped it right back UPS with tracking. Gave company the tracking number as did UPS. They continue to ask for the correct track numbe inspire of myself and UPS giving it to them numerous times. At this time UPS tells me they have been in possession of the item for four days and they’re still asking for the tracking number

Before you sent it back did you file a Return Request on Ebay? If so, was the request approved and did you use the return shipping label that was supplied? Or did you ship it back on your own?
