I had a buyer refused a package and returned to sender. What do I as the seller do?

OP2 years agoI was hoping maybe it would get me another sale or something. Maybe get me some good karma. I let buyer know she was doing me wrong. I have had some people do right by me on eBay. Thought I ought to pay it forward. But yes I lost $ I bought item new and paid $50 25 years ago. Oh well. Maybe I’ll get good karma from this. Thanks for talking to me

When the item arrives back, you can refund the item price (not including shipping if you had a shipping cost on the listing). You'll find the Send refund link in the dropdown next to the order transaction.

OP2 years agoWell, I probably did something stupid it the buyer contacted me and asked me to “help her out†and ship the item to a beauty shop. Of course she offered no more $$ for me doing this. So not only am I out the money for shipping but I lost money on this transaction.

I'm not sure what you're saying. Once the item arrived back, you reshipped? In that case, yes, you lost money on the transaction.
Now you know what to do for next time.
