Refused delivery and it was delivered when i wasnt there
So the seller had a certain date between March 28th and April 2nd was the day that my package was going to arrive so I was assuming that it was going to ride the latest on the 2nd that was the day I was going out of town. I noticed that the package wasn't even mailed it had a tracking number but it did not have it was never picked up by fedex. It wasn't picked up into a few days later like 30th so I knew that it will not get there by the second. I contacted the seller he said he couldn't cancel it because it was already shipped even though I have proof saying FedEx never even picked it up yet. So the package did not end up arriving until April 4th. I asked him what should I do they said refuse to order so I left a big note on the door I am not home I am out of town do not leave it here no one's here. So I got a email stating that the package was refused canceled and that FedEx was sending the package back to the shipper. Well two days later they I get an email stating that it was delivered mind you I am out of town let's say it was delivered around 2:00 p.m. my brother didn't get off work until 8:00 he went to my home to go check it and it was gone mind you I live in boston. I contact the seller for a refund I told he told me everything to do how to refuse it and send it back through FedEx now he's stating I can't get a refund because it was delivered it told me that it was canceled it told me that FedEx sent it back to the seller how is that my fault

There is nothing you can do if the tracking shows it was delivered.
It may have been stolen in your absence, in which case neither the seller nor Ebay is responsible.

OP2 years agoBut I don't understand but it took them two days after it sent me an email saying the recipient refused it this order has been canceled and it was returned to the shipper that is what the email States that's it that's all. Mind you I'm out of town so I'm assuming that that product is going back to the shipper. Didn't FedEx delivers it that's not my fall so I don't get no money I haven't been home in 5 days and they just need to take it off my porch and I get nothing back guarantee evidently they don't have it. And the seller told me to refuse it and I did what he said and FedEx took it back so how is that my fault
