Refusal of cancellation

I purchased an item for $58.00 . When PayPal notified me the transaction took place the price was

$153.00! I was shocked. Immediately I put in a request to cancel my purchase. Within 7 minutes of me being notified by pay pal my request was sent to seller. It was so fast that the shipping label had not been printed.
Seller has refused my cancellation notice and has printed a label for mailing.

I Have gone back to the original listing unable to find the shipping fee, which I surely would have seen if it was published. Iâ€™m so upset I have been a seller and buyer on eBay for 15 years and have never come across such arrogance

I need help please
