Refurbished warranty question
So this seller I bought a computer from is telling me: "we've started using ebay refurbished and they should provide additional steps. Kindly try ebay customer support " SO I followed the prompts, and it led me to Allstate, inc. I talked to them. They told me there was no warranty attached to my ebay order #. So how do I get in contact with eBay to see if they truly provide warranty for this refurbished MacBook Pro that I purchased? What I find interesting is that on the ebay listing there is a blue checkmark on my order and it says "Warranty type ebay refurbished 1-year warranty included" and it gives me a link to Allstate. So I need to continue this will Allstate, correct?
