Refunds that I didn't receive
I did not receive the item that I paid 142 dollars for and I didn't receive it and I have been through everything that eBay said and that they gaurantee the item for one year and now they say they don't Honor the item I purchased, so if the item is not able to be gauranteed why would they say they were, and then go back on their word

Sorry you did not receive your item.
Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from estimated date of delivery.
Did you file the Refund Request within that time frame?

·2 years agoeBay doesn’t guarantee anything. They have a money back guarantee for 30 days, but that is for if you receive an item that is different than what was described in the listing.
Now, the SELLER might have told you that the item had a one year warranty, but unless they are an authorized retailer for the item, they can’t transfer a manufacturer warranty to you. You can contact the manufacturer directly to see if they will honor any warranty, but it’s not likely, since you wouldn’t be the original purchaser.
