refunds on unused shipping labels
I accidentally bought 3 extra shipping labels but have only been refunded for one. Ebay claims they've sent it to my bank account, but I called the bank, and they said they only see the one of the three $8.69 payments.
It's completely impossible for me to get a call back from Ebay from the AI chatbot. I've tried twenty or thirty times, it says it tried to call me, but my phone never rings. Then I get an email saying "we tried to call you" when they never do.
edit: no one responded to this thread, and I don't see a delete option, I found out that I have 17$ that will transfer to my bank on the 13th. *That's all I needed to know* It's still odd to me that the "call me back" thing is so broken, but you can get help from a human being if you contact them on X. One of the things about eBay I've learned from Grok that I would not have picked up anywhere else
