refunds on items i ordered just yesterday

i ordered three items on ebay last night and woke up today to find that i got a refund on them when i didn't ask for one, all i want to know is does this mean i am not going to get these items ever?!

If the payments were refunded, your order was cancelled, so you will not be receiving the items you purchased.
