Refunds on eBay
I sold an item, the buyer paid and then the buyer wants a refund but I have no returns listed on my products. Do I have to pay out of my pocket or does eBay cover the refund? If anyone has had this problem please try and help me out.

·2 years agoIf it hasn't been shipped yet, there's nothing to return, just refund.
If you don't have the avaliable funds, you'll have to pay the refund.
When the buyers payment is avaliable, those funds will be sent to your checking account.
