refunds not recieved and e-bay say they have issued rerunds my bank says nothing recieced

bougt two items seller cancelled because this jerk said diddny have could not order and or was damaged why then would this unprofessional seller list something he didnt have and the second one listed it as N guage when it was actually HO

@mcbc300 Refunds can take about 5 to 7 business days to reach your funding source. Longer if the seller is in another country. I know eBay says it's quicker but I am just going by the reality of what others have told me.

The seller did receive a Defect for each cancelation that they used the out of stock damaged reason. Just a few defects and the sellers account is downgraded and if they don't improve then the are banned from eBay.
