Refunds great southern the guy
So I paid 147.00 Middle of December for 9 mercury dimes. He sends tracking a couple days later. Then I get a message on ebay stating 5 of the 9 coins were out of stock meaning he was using stock photos. So he sent the 67.42 back but I haven't received it back yet or the other 5 coins. It's been a week of dealing with this I need ebay to step in but 3 days ago I talked to a agent and they told me to open a request to send back the ones I got but to not ship them. So my question is how do I get ebay to get in to handle this since them request are open to ship back when I'm not going too.
