Refunds from funds on hold for that buyer
A buyer entered a return request for an item. The order amount payable to me the seller was put on hold. Can I refund the buyer from the hold amount?

Mentor2 years agoebay places a hold on the amount so it will be available to be refunded to the buyer. Refund the buyer from your funds. The hold will then be released.
