Refunds from allstateus is nonexistent. This seller has a non refund on Square Trade protection plan
The Seller for Square Trade protection plan that I bought from is "allstateus" and they will not refund for a policy. So if you buy a plan when you buy your item and the item needs to be returned you will not get a refund from this seller. Truth of the matter is you can get a refund if you go to Square Trade's website like I did. I received my refund conformation in less than 5 minutes. So why is this seller so ignorant ? I looked through seller's feedback 87.6 (no surprise there) and I see buyers who lost their money due to this sellers lack of compassion. If Square Trade gives a refund why will "allstateus" not give a refund? I wish I could get this information to those who have been cheated out of their money. Does anyone have an ideal as to how to make a difference in this matter? Thanks
