Refunds for unused shipping labels
Hi. I had some printer problems one day and had to print 3 shipping labels before I finally got one that was legible. eBay is billing me for the 2 smudged labels that went in the trash.
Can I get refunded for unused shipping labels? I mean, what item needs more than 1 shipping label? This seems like a scam.

To add to what @comics-scifi-collectibles has provided the new term eBay uses instead of Reprint Label (one you purchased) is "Download label" ... it is a bit confusing but you can do that 5 times before needing to buy a new one.

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
