refunds for shipping
I just refunded a buyer for shipping (clearly selected that option in the drop down for refund reason). Instead of taking away shipping, it deducted partially for shipping but mostly deducted against the merchandise. The refund has processed, how do I get the item corrected to where it removes the shipping now?
