Hi, I keep getting refunds for items I bought on E-bay. It happens very frequently. My location is in Hong Kong and I always check the listing before I buy. In the listing I can see what countries it can be shipped to, including the exceptions. I always make sure that it can be shipped to Hong Kong.
Several times I have experienced that the item is shipped and I can follow the tracking until it reach some hub somewhere. This normally takes several days, and I can follow the tracking online. Once it reach the hub it's stop. I will then get a refund with the message saying that the item I bought can't be shipped to my location.
This is infuriating since go the mile to make sure that the item I bought can be shipped to Hong Kong. What can I do to stop this nonsense from E-bay logistics and shipping? Why is Hong Kong listed as a international destination in the item listing, when in fact I can't receive the item I bought?
This happens more than 50% of the times but it doesn't happen always. Some things I buy I could receive. I hate to say it but I am about to give up on E-bay, unless there is some way that I can follow to avoid this in the future.
