Refunds and pay out
2 months ago after being on the phone with eBay representative for over an hour I was told she would credit my account for the $99 for something I didn’t know. To date after several messages I still have not been refunded.
Also I need to get paid. It keeps saying I need to update my account to get paid but there is no link to update my account to update for a pay out. I am going to close my entire store if these 2 issues are not resolved in a timely matter.
Please kindly resolve my issues above and thank you.

Mentor2 years agoThe $99 sounds like it might have been a Reserve Price on a listing? If you use a reserve price, there is a 7.5% charge on the reserve price amount, regardless if the item sells or not.
Managed Payments requires that you submit a driver's license, SSN, and checking account number from a brick & mortar bank, as that is how sellers are now paid. If you ignored that request when it came up, I'm not sure if the following will help:
Go to Seller Hub > Payments > Summary
Scroll down to Your preferences > Payouts > Payout method > Manage
Scroll down to Selling costs > Payment method > Manage

OP2 years agoIt has been so long ago but it wasn’t a reserve. It was something that was incorrectly charged and she promised to reimburse me. Never happened.
ebay has sent me payment in the past so my financial information is updated but yet no pay out recently has been made.
I am tired of this. If not resolved in a timely matter I will close my store.
