Mentor2 years agoIn most cases it is not necessary to talk to anyone to get a refund.

Mentor2 years agoWhat was the original issue with the order? Did you receive anything? Did the seller provide tracking? What did it say?
If you filed an "item not received" case with eBay, the seller would win if the seller provided tracking that showed delivery.
