refunds
The seller and I have come to a resolution. A refund of half of the sale amount. Seller says can't refund until i cancel request. Should I cancel request before I receive refund???

To offer a partial refund:
Go to your Returns dashboard.
Select View return details beside the item.
Select Offer a partial refund and then Continue.
Enter the amount you wish to offer the buyer.
You can choose to add a message to the buyer.
Select Send offer.
You can only offer a partial refund once, and the buyer can choose to accept or reject your offer.
