Refunds
Why does Ebay punish and charge sellers for returns? I had an item returned that wasn't even my fault. So far I am negative $25 for that sale.

If the buyer opens a return and you accept it and refund the buyer's payment when it arrives back to you, eBay credits you for the Final Value Fee.
The most a return will cost you is the shipping both ways in an Item Not as Described return. That's one of the costs of doing business.
