Refunds
I purchased and cancelled an item on the same day at the recommendation of the seller, and the seller said they would refund my purchase price. I was told that Ebay would refund my purchase price in 3 to 5 days.
It's now day 6 and no refund and I find it impossible to contact Ebay via phone to find out where is my refund.
Any suggestions?

If the seller cancelled the transaction at your request, you should have notified about the refund.
Go to your Purchase History, find the item and click on Order Details to find the status of your refund and the account the refund was sent to.
