Refunds
I noticed everytime you ask eBay for a refund they jerk you around like the sellers do. They don't think people should be refunded when the seller decides to deliver other items in place of the ones that got lost. Because that's exactly what happened when I asked for a refund. This is why eBay gets repeatedly reported to the Better Business Bureau. After the seller repeatedly calling me a liar and claimed that I got something I didn't. So instead of me getting the refund I deserved I got what I didn't ask to get replaced.
