Refunds
So I have a item was authenticated through eBay and sent to the buyer, after several days of receiving the item they submitted a refund “Not as described” fake” and now I have a total amount held in my account funds? I seem to can’t understand if the authentication deamed item authentic and as described they can issue a refund

Second inspection on return: If a buyer claims an authenticated item is fake or not as described and opens a return, the item generally must be shipped back to the authentication hub (not directly to the seller) so the authenticators can re-inspect the item to verify it is the exact same piece sent out.
The above was copied from an A.I. response to a Google search for:
"Can an item that was authenticated by ebay have a not as described, Fake dispute file against it"?
That was the 2nd part of the A.I. response The first part said that an Item Not As Described dispute could be opened against an item that passed authentication. Copy the search above to a Google search, read the rest of the A.I. Articles.
