refunds
So I had a buyer cancel an order on me after I bought a shipping label
I was able to cancel the shipping label
When I went to cancel the order e-bay is telling me I can’t because of a pending cancellation (the buyer tried to cancel the order but was denied) is that the pending cancellation?
Question, should I wait? Should I issue a refund? I am not sure what to do, I don’t want to give the buyer twice there money back

If you denied the cancelation, or it was auto denied because you already printed a label, then the only way to issue a refund now is to go to the sold listing and select Send Refund from the drop down menu next to the item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS For reason select other.
