Refunds
Hello. I accidentally listed an item incorrectly. So the buyer requested a refund. But the funds were on hold from eBay, and eBay wants me to use my credit card to refund the buyer..shouldn't eBay just refund the money since they are the ones with the money? I don't understand.

If you do not have enough available funds to cover the total refund you will need to pay the balance from your payment method up front. Once the buyer's payment clears you will receive the amount you covered back so you are not be out more than the buyer paid.
