I bought an item and the seller shipped me the wrong item. He then lied to eBay and said that the item I sent back wasn’t the item he sent me. And they said I can’t get a refund. Now I have no item and they stole 234 dollars from me. Please help.

Did you file a Return Request before you returned the item?

If you did, and if your return request is still open, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you:

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
