refunds
Trying to get a refund from a purchase that I was not aware of.....I was selling an item that had been listed for a few months and it went to my spam account, so I was never aware of the purchase. The buyer was upset and got his refund, but I got dinged for the commission. Any chance of getting it back, and if so, how do I go about it? Thanks J

·7 months agoIf the buyer had to escalate the case to eBay to get the refund, you don’t get your seller fees back.

Mentor7 months agoI am sorry to hear this. However, eBay will not accept this problem as a reason not to charge you its commission. You are responsible for monitoring your account and you should have seen that an item had sold and then a case had been opened against you.
