Refunds
We Gave a customer a full refund .... even though they lied about our product. We sent them a return label to get our product back. We'll we have never got our product back. The buyer won't answer our messages. Ebay has been no help what so ever in getting the item back or the money and has done nothing to the buyer. Any suggestions???

Once you refund, the buyer has no legal obligation or incentive to return the item. There is nothing eBay can do for you.
For the future, if you want the item back, accept the return and wait to refund until you receive the item back.
