Refunds
I have an item that was sent back due to a vacant address. The buyer still wants the product, but he started a request for a refund because it was not delivered. When I hit the refund button, it does not give me the option to withhold the shipping cost. What do I do?

Mentor8 months ago@tadris-7789 Did the buyer file a RETURN request or a not received refund request?
Respond in the case with the tracking that shows attempted delivery and you should win the case if it is a not received refund request.
Then you can do a partial refund of the item price only from the sold listing and relist so that they can buy it again.
Another option IF the buyer agrees is to have the buyer close the refund request case and then send you the $ to pay to ship the item again via PayPal or other electronic payment method. You are allowed to share contact information after a recent sale.
