Refunds
When a customer has purchased an item and the money has not gone to your bank account, why would a refund be taken from your bank account instead of simply from the money they had paid that had not been passed on to you yet? Where did that money go?

Mentor3 years agoThe buyer's payment will be released and sent to your bank account.
eBay requires you to fund the refund, then they release the original payment to you. No one likes the way refunds are processed, but there is no way around it.
