OP1 year agothere is no help whatsoever in the U S. You cannot even reach anyone in the U S, Not even at the corporate headquarters. No way to reach anyone!! What a shady outfit. they make it impossible to get any help, just a **bleep**load of articles. Artiles don't issue refunds!!!!

OP1 year ago3 months waiting for a refund on a product I returned 3 months ago!!! Customer service is all in the Philippines and they are worthless helping in any way, they just tell you policies but the do nothing!!!
