Refunds
So let me get this straight, i sell something and it gets broken in transit.
The buyer can simply say item not as described and request a refund even when you clearly have no refunds marked in your listing.
Then you get strong armed to accept the return and you have to buy the label.
The purchaser gets their money back and you are stuck with a broke item.
What a lovely process we have here.
