how do I get a refund? The seller does not have the item purchased to ship. He said he is a new seller and my payment is on hold for 2 weeks. I cant seem to find a way to contact ebay to get this resolved

·3 years agoThe seller needs to cancel the order as out of stock and issue a refund.
If they don't, not much you can do until after the estimated delivery date, then you can file an INR for a refund.
