Refunds
I bought an item and want to return it. But I was only offered a partial refund. If I accept, I recoup a small loss and keep a product I probably won't use. If I decline, what happens? Does the seller do anything or just close the transaction?

·3 years agoIf you decline the partial, the seller will have to accept the return and send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item for a full refund.
