A buyer says they didn’t receive their item but they waited 7 weeks before telling me. Do I still refund the money to the buyer?

Mentor1 year agoebay's Money Back Guarantee Expires 30 days after the last estimated delivery date. I would go to USPS.COM and look for the link to file a Lost Package claim if you shipped Ground Advantage or Priority. If USPS accepts your claim and sends you a refund, you can go ahead and refund the buyer, but you are under no obligation if it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date.
