Refunds
I was supposed to receive a refund for a returned item, but eBay inadvertently charged my credit card instead of refunding it. Customer service is no help and won’t transfer my call to a supervisor or the billing department. Is there a phone number to reach someone in the United States ?

Did you file a Return Request before you returned the item?
If so, go to your Purchase History, click on "View request details" to see the status of your request.
