How do you contact a representative from Ebay? I am having issues getting my refund . I had a typo on an offer. It came out to be $85 when it’s a nine dollar item and the seller is not giving me back my refund. It’s automatic payment and they need to do away with this automatic payment .. How does all this get changed when we can just automatically call a representative and then not automatically taking the funds out of the account .
