refunds
I m looking for guidance in advance of this issue being resolved. I shipped a package to the buyer that was delivered and signed for at the address provided. The tracking shows that it was signed for by the person that ordered the item. They are now claiming that they never received the package and want a refund. What does EBAY do in a case like this. This is the first time I have ever had any kind of shipping problem either as a buyer or seller. Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you upload the tracking number that shows Delivered, and ebay will find in your favor.
