Refunds
I had purchased a few items from eBay which I had to request a refund for. On eBay’s end I did got the refund for 9 different purchases however I had some issues with my local bank. They had a major hack and their banking system was out of service at the time I used my card to purchase. Now they are asking me to verify with eBay that the refunds were sent back to my debit card. How do I proceed with an issue like this?
