REFUNDS
How do you refund a buyer when the 30 day refund period has passed and ebay has closed the case where the buyer asked for a refund due to them ordering the wrong item. Refund request was requested 1/28/24 and item was not returned till 3/30/24.

You should be able to select ‘send refund’ in the action menu next to that order in your sold orders list.

OP2 years agoThanks. I overlooked that since the buyer was supposed to send the item back by 2/23 and I just now received it so I had deleted the item from my sold column. Went into order details and found the refund choice. Thanks for reminding me how to do this. Carol
