Hi everyone,
I have a buyer requesting a refund for an item he’s had for over 3 weeks. He says
the items doesn’t work. Do I have to refund the money to him even though he’s had the item so long?

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers is valid for up to 30 days from date of delivery.
Has the buyer filed a Return Request?
