Refunds
I am a buyer & returned item after receiving because it was not needed anymore. Buyer agreed on refund & also acknowledged receipt of returned item. After a month I contacted buyer for refund & they replied that refund was issued & it’s with eBay & I should chase them. Is this how it works & how do I chase eBay for refund?
