Refunds
I sold an item, the buyer claimed wasn’t working properly. I refunded the buyer, and did not return my item back. What do I do? eBay has been no help whatsoever.

·2 years agoNormally you wait for the return and then do a refund.
Now the buyer has no reason to return the item and there is nothing to be done.
