I refunded a buyer when she had not received her order. Then she received it. What now?

Mentor2 years agoYou need to arrange repayment with the buyer if she wants to keep the item.
Send her a message and ask if she would like to return it - you will send a return shipping label - or repay the refund? Not everyone will cooperate, but most people are honest. Use some humor, like ‘your long traveling package…’
If she wants to pay, you can agree on a payment method outside of eBay - you can send a PayPal invoice (you need her email address) or she can send you the $ by zelle or Venmo (she will need your email or cell #), or even a paper check. Or you can set up a listing for her to purchase - call it late package payment and make it a service so there’s no shipping.
If she wants to return it, open an account at pirateship.com and create the label, then print it to a jpeg file. Send her the jpeg in an eBay message.

Mentor2 years agoI’m sorry your buyer is not responding. People are already traveling, so perhaps she is away. I always want to believe that people will do the right thing, but it isn't always true.
Unfortunately, eBay can not force her to repay the refund.
