Refunds?
I purchased a new blouse that didn’t fit and requested a refund. The total price including shipping was $21. The seller came back with an offer of $7 for a refund and I could keep the blouse. She stated that she doesn’t give refunds. I never would have purchased from her if I had known her no refund policy.
Does this offer seem fair and reasonable under eBay’s policies?

Mentor2 years agoCheck the return policy on the item. If it says seller does not accept returns, and the only issue is fit, then the seller does not have to accept your return or offer you even the partial refund.
