Refund/return after 30 days
A product i bought is faulty, but it is now (just) past the 30 day window so the automated process is not available. The seller is not responding to my messages. I have every right to a refund or replacement, but there doesn't seem to be any way to action this through eBay.
In the UK the consumer law states "If a product develops a fault within the first six months after purchase, it’s assumed it has been there since the time of purchase. This means it’s up to the retailer to prove it wasn’t there when you bought it."

If it has been over 30 days since date of delivery, Ebay can no longer help you.
You can try to file a dispute through the funding source you used to pay for the item.
