Mentor6 days agoIf it is damaged, it is not as described in eBay's eyes.
If the item you received is not as described, you can request a return for a refund.
The seller may accept your return request and offer a full refund, including the original shipping cost. You will need to return the item in the same condition you received it. The seller will pay for return shipping.
The seller might offer a partial refund and let you keep the item if you are willing to keep it despite minor issues.
Some sellers may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
The seller may ask for more details about your return request.
