Refunding the shipping to buyer

Question

I sold 2 items to the same person (didn't realize it at first) and he paid for both

items (including shipping on both). I can ship both items in 1 box but how do I

refund him one of the shipping charges, since he's already paid?

Or do I just need to ship each item separately?

You can use the Refund option in the drop down menu next to one of the items. Combine the shipping by selecting both on the shipping page so both get the same tracking number when you print the label.
